I've never played it - despite it being the archetypal "Ye olde Englishe" game (like polo and cricket), I'm not sure I know ANYONE here who's ever played it. I wouldn't have the first clue!
So I'm thrilled to see you (and Pat) and this little fellow are fans!
Ha! I just bought a set for my sister and her fiance, as a housewarming gift. I just thought they needed some fun lawn games because they have a great backyard with a firepit and other such things. Heck if any of us know how to play it though!
The general idea of this challenge is to take 366 pictures during the year 2008, each one depicting one of the themes listed below. The themes can be taken in random order, and the pictures don't absolutely have to be one per day. If you miss posting a picture one day, it can be made up. The bottom line is that you post 366 pictures spread out over the year and covering all 366 themes.

Croquet was a favourite of mine growing up as well Linda and still is. I keep a set and played with my kids and now the grandkids.
Your grandson I presume, looks concentrated on that shot. Feels relaxing...

Croquet is fun! We have a set at the cottage but the sloping lawn makes for a rather interesting game...
