Church (22)
*This is the San Felipe de Neri Church, in Albuquerque's Old Town. It has been in use as a place of worship, continuously, without interruption, since 1706.
Very nice. Beautiful church. The church I attended in OH was a historical landmark. It was built in 1838. I can't believe this church is over 100 years older than that. Grammom
The general idea of this challenge is to take 366 pictures during the year 2008, each one depicting one of the themes listed below. The themes can be taken in random order, and the pictures don't absolutely have to be one per day. If you miss posting a picture one day, it can be made up. The bottom line is that you post 366 pictures spread out over the year and covering all 366 themes.

I like the framing of the church, by the trees - and the sunny blue sky highlights it really well!
What a rich history the church has (I looked it up on-line!). Very nice image, Linda....
Thanks Helen and Julie! Yes. Albuquerque had its tricentennial a couple years ago, and the entire area has quite an interesting history.
Very pretty scene, lovely shot.
