Soap (218th post - 218th day of the year)

*
This container of liquid soap is about 12 inches tall, and we use it to refill our individual soap pumps by the kitchen and bathroom sinks. I've always loved the shape, the clarity of the liquid soap, and the bubbles that form when we pour from it.

ah! now that's clever. I've been thinking about this theme and other than shooting a bar of soap, I'm drawing a blank.

Ooooh! That's really cool. A good idea and a pretty shot, with the bubbles in the bottle.

Good idea to place it in front of the window, the darkening really shows off the soap detail and the shape of the bottle. Good shot Linda!

Bubbles! Soapy bubbles, and well lit from behind - nice job!

Great job........and so much prettier than the big gallon plastic container we use (and hide in the storeroom).

The exposure must have been a bit tricky with the backlighting but you nailed it. The bottle and it's beautiful translucent bubbles are outstanding but the lines of the ledge and windowsill, the pattern on the wall, and the lace-trimmed curtain all add to the impact. I love this!
