Pat, thank you. I've lived her five years, now, and am finally seeing the beauty you speak of. Coming here from Oregon and Alaska, at first nothing seemed beautiful if it wasn't green. I'm beginning to appreciate Southwest beauty now :-)
The general idea of this challenge is to take 366 pictures during the year 2008, each one depicting one of the themes listed below. The themes can be taken in random order, and the pictures don't absolutely have to be one per day. If you miss posting a picture one day, it can be made up. The bottom line is that you post 366 pictures spread out over the year and covering all 366 themes.

It does seem to exemplify the old southwestern beauty, very well! And I'd imagine you must get some good wind, where you are!
